An Analogy of Qigong
Qigong is usually divided into two main types: active qigong (dong gong), which includes slow, flowing movements; and passive qigong (jing gong), which involves still positions and inner breath movement.
Some popular Qigong styles include Soaring Crane Qigong, Wisdom Healing Qigong, Pan Gu Mystical Qigong, Wild Goose (Dayan) Qigong, Dragon and Tiger Qigong, Primordial Qigong (Wujigong), Chilel Qigong, and Phoenix Qigong.
