The Lotus Qigong
The Lotus form is a set of movements combining both Tai Chi and Qigong.  It connects 14 individual movements and explores a breathing technique. It is  gentle, it is flowing, and together forms a routine that promotes relaxation.

It has been shown to improve general health and wellbeing.  With an emphasis on controlled breathing, it may improve several lung conditions including asthma and COPD (Emphysema). It has also been shown to reduce mental stress and anxiety. It is easy to learn and suitable for people of all ages.
