Tai Chi techniques are tailored to you, to your personal needs and to your personal aims and targets. Tai Chi is done at your own pace – and as you breathe. Since it is tailored to how your body is working, you don’t worry so much that you’re getting it wrong!
So, as you come to the final day we reflect on what you have learned and what you can take away. Some of you have seen these exercises before. Some have practiced them on an almost daily basis.
