tai-chi-foundationI found these Tai Chi foundation exercises on YouTube. Which makes things so much easier and more cost effective to use.  You can search Master Wong for a host of training.  But beware, it is combat style.  I just extracted exercises relevant to us.

Tai Chi Foundation and the Feet

In this video we look at placement of the feet in relation to weight transfer.   In order to move our weight we need to train in the style of any exercise program. Tai Chi for Health is a gentle exercise program, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have to work at it.  This as a daily routine in the beginning is important just as he says.  If you want to get serious about learning, be prepared to seek out what you need. It doesn’t mean you need to do these basic foundation exercises forever.  Just long enough to feel the results. And build your Tai Chi foundations.
