Day Four Hands And Feet

The fluid movements and the gentle nature of this training also make the risks of injury extremely low.

One of the most significant reasons to practice this Art is you can do it literally anywhere, for as long or as little as you need it. And no equipment is necessary. This way, when stress hits you, you can now hit back! It requires very little space and no special clothing. Just wear loose clothing, which is comfortable. Flat sole shoes with correct arch support is recommended but joggers are fine. Bare feet at home is quite acceptable.
