If we can maintain a keen mind, we learn how to gather and use all our resources, making us more likely to succeed in the things we choose to do.

Tai Chi cultivates the knowledge that we can accomplish more and be better by slowing down. Here Master Wong takes us through some lower body exercises. These are designed to strengthen your foundation and become used to changing direction. Eventually you become so accustomed to moving in any direction, you do it with ease and without thinking.
